Warming up the customer journey

 

Statflo is the leading provider of solutions for wireless and tech retailers to manage their base, execute outreach campaigns, and hold staff accountable to keeping customers. They was founded in 2012 to create the most compliant way to build warm, authentic customer relationships in retail.

The goal with the rebrand was to design and roll out a new look that matched the way they feel. The engagement included developing their brand strategy—positioning, personality and values, in order to find their true voice and unique colours.

Following the branding strategy, we designed the symbol which represents the journey every buyer takes - from cold to warm. Building warm relationships with customers is a constantly unfolding process that takes the right words, timing, compliance and frequent one-to-one interactions.

It was rewarding to see a company wholeheartedly embrace the rebrand, and apply it across all aspects of their organization. It has quickly become part of their DNA.
