Where land meets water

The Port Lands Flood Projection Project is about taking action to protect Toronto’s southeastern downtown area. Their plan is to reconnect the Don River to Lake Ontario by creating a naturalized river mouth. To do this Waterfront Toronto are embarking on one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Toronto’s history.

We developed a phase 1 website dedicated to the future Port Lands, that clearly explains the complex planning, background information and most recent documents and community events, as it relates to the city project, in an easily digestible way for the general public. The website is built using WordPress, to seamlessly accommodate regular updates, such as ongoing construction to community engagement meetings.
